Join our team in an entry-level role managing over $7 million in workers' compensation benefits for employees who have experienced work-related injuries or illnesses. You'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals navigating life-altering workplace events.

New hires receive six weeks of specialized training covering:

  • - Claims investigation
  • - Medical knowledge (anatomy and medical reporting)
  • - Legal principles (workers' compensation and civil law)
  • - Claims accounting (reserving, file balancing, settlement analysis)

No sales involved.

This position begins in-office for the first 18 months, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with only one day per week in the office. You'll benefit from strong team support and opportunities for connection.

What You’ll Love:

  • - Starting salary: $53,995 annually
  • - Merit increases every 6 months for the first 3 years, with potential to earn $72,000 by year three
  • - 401(k) with employer match: 50% of the first 6% contributed
  • - Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, and vision (Kaiser or United Healthcare)
  • - Generous PTO: Minimum of 22 days annually
  • - Education support: Full tuition grant for bachelor’s or master’s degree through the University of Arizona
