Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Coordinator

Under the direction of the Camp Director, this position is responsible for supervising our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program for campers who are high school juniors and seniors, developing weekly lesson plans, scheduling CITs, and planning special events. The CIT Coordinator supervises two classes of CITs who each attend camp for four weeks at a time. The CIT Coordinator will ensure the safety of campers and all participants at all times, will develop and lead activities that will help campers and CITs increase their skills, will encourage a culture that is fun and appropriate for all ages and abilities, and will be a positive role model for youth.
