Franchise Sales Coordinator

Our Franchise Sales team helps business owners and entrepreneurs transition into Goosehead Franchise owners. We take pride in helping entrepreneurs achieve their professional and financial goals through job, income and wealth creation. The Franchise Sales role opens many doors within the firm as there are unlimited opportunities to move up within the company.
Franchise Sales Coordinator responsibilities include:
  • Prospecting and qualifying new franchise candidates via social media platforms, referrals, cold calls, email marketing, and networking
  • Completing activity quotas of 50+ outbound marketing efforts per day
  • Booking 10+ meetings per month with new prospective franchise owners
  • Meeting with prospective franchise owners through in-person or virtual meeting platforms
  • Hosting new franchise candidates in-office at our Discovery Days and Open Houses
  • Maximize marketing efforts in each territory
  • Properly leverage our Salesforce.com and proprietary digital marketing platforms
  • Meeting quarterly contract quotas
  • Managing a pipeline of dozens of potential franchise owners while continually prospecting for new leads
  • Travel to meet prospects – up to 10% travel required to your given territory

The Franchise Sales Coordinator role helps build a foundation for upward mobility. Franchise Sales Coordinators are promoted into other departmental roles, such as a Franchise Sales Territory Manager, Corporate Recruiter, or other non-sales oriented roles within the organization.
