UI/UX Designer Internship Summary
-Winter through Summer+ position with potential for stock compensation
-Commitment: 20 hours per week minimum
-Report directly to Heali's Head of Product & Experience

Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of Heali's Head of Product & Experience, you will:
-Conduct exploratory UI/UX design work for our product roadmap; UI adjustments based on user research
-Execute on provided product briefs; work closely with Head of Product & Experience to understand the goals and objectives on each roadmap feature
-Strategic design based on competitive landscape, best practices and clever ideation
Qualities:
-Visual Taste; A strong eye for digital product and social content design
-Curiosity; Constantly looking for new trends and adapts design to the cutting-edge of digital design
-Accountability; Thrives in working autonomously and taking ownership for their domain
-Detail Oriented; Is meticulous about their design, able to juggle multiple work streams while keeping track in a process-oriented fashion
-Team skills; Exhibits strong teamwork skills, is a good communicator
-Reliability; Perform duties with integrity, dependable to get work done and exceed expectations
