About the Role
The One Mission Society Europe team has a vision to transform Europe through discipleship as part of a larger vision to multiply disciples, churches, leaders, and missionary movements.
As the visual media specialist, you’ll visually capture what God is doing across the Eurasia Region by developing professional quality media content for each field team. Employ best practices and high levels of professionalism to provide excellent communication to constituents and drive engagement, including leading individuals to go, give, and pray.
Responsibilities
- Design, communicate, and produce videos and other media to meet communications goals and strategy.
- Engage with point persons within each field to identify visual media needs and understand the process to meet those needs.
- Work with the Communication team to create consistent and effective media plans.
- Creatively look for opportunities to develop new way to communicate the message visually.
- Seek to continually learn new methods and strategies for communicating God’s work around the world.
- Support other ministry events as necessary through volunteering and/or support.
Requirements for all Roles
- Committed follower of Jesus Christ
- Actively involved in local evangelical church
- Interested in missions
Requirements for this Role
- Proven proficiency in video production, editing, and development.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Experience with social media
- An understanding of how visual media can be used in social media channels to drive impact
- Experience with Adobe Suite, Premiere, and/or other leading editing programs is helpful.
- Willingness and flexibility to learn and function in a variety of environments
- Must be in alignment with, and supportive of, the OMS Hungary/Eurasia region organizational culture and commit to the roles and responsibilities of team membership.
