UX Designer

The UX Designer provides a top notch user experience. Proactive solutions and creative problem solving are key for success. Guide and support cross-functional teams to achieve critical objectives. Use best practices, business requirements, data and metrics to create concepts based on common sense and with a customer-focus.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in this or a similar role designing websites, web and mobile applications.
· Must have a portfolio to showcase previous work.
· Experience in researching and analyzing best practices and industry standards for UI/UX Design
· Ability to work well and engage with a remote team.
· A good relationship-builder with clients and teammates alike.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present info clearly.
· Manage your time well to deliver on all deadlines.
Skills:
· Adobe creative suite- Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
· Wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps
· Illustration skills, iconography, vector artist is a plus
