Sales Development Representative

Due to growth and customer demand, we are recruiting for a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to be a Sales Development Representative based in Charlotte, NC.
 
How You'll Help Us Connect the World.
In this role, you will work closely with the CommScope field sales teams, inside sales teams, and field sales management to identify goals that will grow CommScope’s business and position CommScope’s solutions for new business to end-users through our Ecosystem of partners.
 
You will execute call-out campaigns and cold calling of outbound clients and will have the opportunity to be champion implementing the CommScope Sales Methodology.
 
You will handle inbound calls and convert them into sales leads and ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls to action, dates complete profile of information, etc. Through creative thinking and planning, you will identify new fields of play and new opportunities that position CommScope as the lead solution of choice.
 
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
·      A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
·      Outstanding interpersonal skills with a no-excuses mentality.
·      High energy and intensity, with a strong dedication to exceeding client expectations.
