Test Engineering Intern

  • What you need for success: 
  • Enrollment in an accredited collegiate program 
  • Maintains a 3.0 GPA or above 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Relevant Experience 
  • Ability to work without sponsorship now or in the future 

  • Who You’ll Work With 
  • Opportunities in this internship may include:
  • As an intern you will gain experience working directly with a team of engineers and scientists working to launch next generation SiC power devices. Many of your tasks will involve the handling of silicon carbide wafers and discrete power products to support the qualification of test routines and specification limits. Support our device scientists by collecting and monitoring test result data for product verification and validation analysis. Evaluate new designs by using complex test equipment and characterizing behavior of new devices in support of new product introduction efforts. Learn about device fabrication, package types and technology tied to semiconductor manufacturing and design. Hands on test lab fixture design improvement project including hardware and software exposure. Utilize product data to identify and drive yield improvement activities.
