Production Coordinator Intern

Frame Change is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to provide creative support for the communications & public relations team in the development, design, and execution of production media and digital projects. Production Coordinator Intern will focus on supporting the Production Manager and production team with managing, organizing, distributing, tagging, and archiving digital video assets and audio files. Also support the production team with producing content for web-based platforms such as social media, websites, podcasts, etc. This will not be a typical, coffee run type of experience. When we introduce you to the communications and public relations team, our goal is to provide you real, on-the-job experience that you can use to be competitive in the job market at the completion of this internship. This position is great for an individual who wants to learn and experience hands on training with a fast-paced start-up. ·        Proficiency in using the Mac OSX platform and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition).

·        Ability to plan concepts by studying information and materials

·        Strong organization skills

·        Able to work well under pressure

·        Reliable internet, as this is a remote position.

The Production Coordinator Intern Is Responsible For:

·        Effective media management (new and archival) all assets consistently labeled, tagged and stored for easy access by all users (producers and editors, on and offsite)

·        File compression and distribution for multiple platforms

·        Support finding and distributing new and archival assets for projects

·        Regular maintenance to ensure system reliability and functionality

·        Enforce and refine post-production workflow and procedures

·        Perform basic on-site editing (video and audio)

·        Assist with administrative tasks

·        Other duties as assigned
