Recruiting Associate

As a Recruiting Associate you will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and support the recruiting function of the company. In this role, you will help to implement and execute the strategy of the firm's people strategy by managing interviews, supporting recruiters, and other various aspects of the full life cycle recruiting process.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive day to day recruiting activities in partnership with recruiters and leadership
  • Interface with internal client leadership and hiring managers to ensure smooth efficiencies through the recruiting and onboarding process
  • Participate in the interviewing and selection process of all roles nationally
  • Schedule and track all interviews, offer processes, travel and event schedules
  • Manage and support all external agency vendor relationships
  • Utilize and support recruiters in the applicant tracking system (ATS) with reports and candidate management
  • Contribute to the creative talent acquisition process by creating unique and "outside of the box" ideas on marketing and events
  • Maintain calendars and schedules of interviews, meetings, and events both internally and externally

Requirements:
  • College degree is required. Passion for people and willingness to learn is a must! 
  • Ability and passion to grow to be a senior level recruiter
  • Outgoing, competitive, motivated, and loves working with people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
