RecruitMe is an online recruiting and credentialing platform that provides students & candidates the ability to evaluate and transition into their next job opportunity. Our platform provides employers the ability to recruit prospects without having to fill out the standard on-line application. Also, employers can view candidates’ videos asking them to be recruited and hired!
By filling out an online profile, users are pre-vetted with credentials making it easier for candidates to stand out, get hired, and on-boarded faster than ever. For the candidates, they can view employer posted “Job Recruiting Video” on why you should work for them.
RecruitMe also has develop a video platform call Explore Career Path that allows students to view occupations field by job types. Interns job shadow with local employers to produce a video tapped interview of key members of the employer’s staff.
Intern Description:
- Job shadow employers at their local location to learn about their staffs key occupations to their business. Intern will interview and videotape the session.
- Job shadow open positions that employers are uploading to the system and produce “Job Reels”.
- Job reels are videotaped (with phone) clips that outlining company culture and description on open position. Basically, you are interview key stakeholders at the employer’s location.
- Forward job reels to RecruitMe videographers for editing to produce a “Job Recruiting Video”.
- Once the video is approved and posted by the employer, the Intern will influence and recruit prospective candidates towards job posting. (i.e., sharing of job recruiting videos)
- Attend RecruitMe sponsored recruiting events.
- Develop regional / community relations with service organizations and clubs to help with recruiting within the community.
