RecruitMe also has develop a video platform call Explore Career Path that allows students to view occupations and career field by job types. Interns job shadow with local employers to produce a video tapped interview of key members of the employer’s staff. Then post to our platform.
Internship Description:
Direct Action - Videographers direct people (employers & interns) to capture specific action and workplace culture for the camera.
Job shadow employers at their location to learn about their staffs key occupations to their business. Intern will interview and videotape the session. Also Job shadow open positions that employers are uploading to the system and produce “Job Reels”.
Job reels are videotaped (with phone or equipment) clips that outlining company culture and description on open position. Basically, you are interview key stakeholders at the employer’s location.
Edit Recorded Video - Videographers edit captured video to tell concise, visually pleasing stories.
Design Promotional Recruiting Videos - Videographers create short promotional videos for the hiring company or for personal marketing purposes.
Post and Influence Recruiting Videos - Videographers post to social media platforms and provide influencing to recruit candidates.
