CAD Designer/ Drafter

Experience and Skills Needed:
- Architectural or Drafting degree (or experience in lieu of)
- Proven AutoCAD skills
- Aptitude to read and understand architectural and structural documents
- Proven math skills
- Strong and consistent detail orientation skills
- Strong organizational skills; efficient work habits
- Leadership skills; ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication and teamwork skills
