Key skills and responsibilities:
  • Ability to support and help execute Salesforce implementation engagements
  • Actively work with project team lead to ensure completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Prior experience working with CRM applications or cloud-based software implementations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields.
  • Ability to travel 30%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of business and information technology processes
  • Desired Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Other certifications and experience: Advanced Microsoft office skills, experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Hands on approach to troubleshooting
