Intern: Learning & Development
Location: Frederick, MD
We are currently seeking candidates who are working towards obtaining a Bachelors Degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or other applicable fields.
Objectives/Goals of the Internship:
Intern will gain an understanding of the L&D function at FMC. The intern will also gain a basic understanding of GMP and supporting GMP activities, specifically maintaining training programs and records.
The L&D Intern position will be responsible for the following:
Re-imagining and implementing the electronic Approved Training Materials Library so that it is logically organized and complete and follows GxP requirements.
Implement an improved, streamlined process for Returned Paper Training Forms for the site. This includes status tracking of the returned forms and ensuring chain of custody according to GxP requirements.
Other duties may include assisting the L&D Leads with projects, as needed and identifying areas of waste or opportunities for continuous improvement in the L&D processes
- Must have experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Knowledge of the ADDIE model is a plus but not required.
