HR Internship in Atlanta. GA

Job Overview:


This intern will assist strategically in building metrics for recruitment and retention. We would also want the intern to focus on ways to communicate HR functions (benefits, performance management, and recruiting efforts) strategically to our domestic and international workforce.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Research - HR Policy
  • Assist in workflow creation for recruitment and placement initiatives
  • Track Data Report building

Additional Info:


  • All interns must formally accept and abide by OM USA’s Statement of Faith for the duration of the internship.
  • Apartment housing on the OM USA campus is included in an internship commitment, as well as a monthly stipend for living costs.
  • Internship can be done in person or remotely


Qualifications of on-field supervisor:


  • BA Social Science/Marketing/Communications/Public Relations


Accreditation:


  • Degree Credit available upon the approval of your university/college supervisors.
