11400 Direct Sales is looking for our new Account Administrator. This newly created position will be responsible for assisting the 11400 Direct Sales Team with account management, contract maintenance and business development.
In Direct Sales, we strive to meet the needs of government entity food service operations through advertised bids and partnerships with public agencies. If you like to work hard and have a desire to learn, you may be the right person for our team!
- Finding and registering for new bid opportunities
- Preparing bid documents for both individual and contract bids
- Enter new orders and maintain existing account information
- Communicate/coordinate with customers, intercompany support staff and vendors regarding contract and order information
- Assist Direct Sales staff with Business Development projects
- Demonstrate ability to manage their own time
- Willingness to learn
- Organizational and written/verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in customer support is helpful
- No experience in commercial food service is expected
