A Buyer Trainee must be a self-starting, confident, smart, detail-oriented individual who likes a challenge and wants to make an impact in a busy and growing company.
Job responsibilities:
- Researching and adding new items within assigned category
- Promoting product lines creatively and effectively
- Researching and strategizing growing market trends to maximize profitability
- Monitoring and reporting category sales growth
- Creating and executing projects to increase sales and gross profit
- Product testing to ensure quality and consistency
