Gifted and Talented Teacher | School District of River Falls

River Falls School District is seeking a part-time Gifted and Talented Teacher (0.5 FTE) to support gifted and talented students in grades K-8. The Gifted and Talented Teacher will work in collaboration with administrators and teachers to provide direct academic support to advanced learners. The Gifted and Talented Teacher will provide leadership in the areas of staff development geared to meet the needs of gifted and talented students, the identification of gifted and talented students, and overall program coordination.

Candidates must have or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teaching license for grades K-8; 5013 - Instructional Program Coordinator - Gifted & Talented DPI teaching license preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in elementary and/or middle level students in a classroom setting. The top candidate will be offered a competitive salary and related prorated benefits.
