Junior Account Manager
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals
• Deliver the best possible service and attention to all clients
• Assist the team in executing all daily operations to ensure premium service
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Must be 18 years of age
• Comfortable on the phone
• Able to effectively communicate
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
Description
Base pay is $14 an hour but the majority of your pay will actually come from commissions.
Customer Service Representative
3-6 months in this role. This role pays a Base.
- Systems - How our systems work to serve our customers quickly and easily
- Process - The sales process of our company
- Products - The safety products we sell
Junior Account Manager
1-2 years in this role. This role pays a Base + Commission.
- Inbound Leads - How to sell them and make them your account
- Outbound Calls - How to re-sell your accounts
- Your Business - How to exceed $12,000 in monthly GP with over 150 accounts
SR. Account Manager
This is the highest level. This role pays a Base + More Commission.
- Outbound Calls - Re-sell your accounts and ESP 1002 accounts
- Inbound Leads - Sell to companies over 50 employees and make them your account
- Build Your Business - Exceed $20,000(+) in monthly GP with over 250(+) accounts
