Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager –Warsaw IN Manufacturing

Looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager at our Warsaw IN manufacturing facility supporting day to day human resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, employee relations and safety.
What you’ll do:
Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers relating human resources topics and questions
Collaboratively work with hiring managers and local representatives to attract and hire top talent for assigned job openings. Screen candidates based on qualifications, coordinate the interview process (virtual and on-site); debrief with hiring manager; extend offer then manage the post-hire process.
Lead the virtual orientation and onboarding which includes coordination of session with local representative, facilitating sessions, ensuring completion of Form I-9 and other required documentation and follow-up.
Provide employee relations support for employees and leaders to address concerns and recommend appropriate course of action.
Create front line leader training materials and facilitate virtual learning sessions.
Responsible for the employee separation process to ensure that employee receive information regarding as final pay, benefit continuance and other pertinent topics as well as written documentation as required by specific state laws and regulations.
Assist employees during the Open Enrollment period from answering questions to providing HRIS support.
Assist HR Director with the annual performance review and salary planning process
Work collaboratively with HR team on corporate strategic projects
Assist with HRIS HR Administrator when necessary

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field
7 years of progressive human resources experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advance knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Experience with complex employee relations concerns and investigations
Experience in the development of people leadership training materials and facilitation skills
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Prior HR experience within manufacturing preferred including recruitment of hourly employees
Bi-lingual–Spanish a preferred
