Our primary goal within Revenue Operations is to enable continued growth and stakeholder success at Salesforce. We drive and support innovation and transformation while setting the standard of excellence for the revenue lifecycle. The Order Management Team is a key component of that success and sits at the intersection of pre-sales and post-sales processes.

As an analyst on the Order Management Team, your primary focus will be to help ensure our continued success by streamlining our existing processes. Your task will be to reduce or remove manual work from our day-to-day, support our efforts to ensure compliance to our internal policies and represent the Order Management functions in strategic initiatives impacting our team. This role requires an individual who is able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support, develop, document and maintain ownership of monitoring reports
  • Analyze and act upon required actions based on audit data
  • Execute recurring data updates accurately and timely
  • React to process & policy questions and escalate issues to management as necessary
  • Ensure SOX compliance is top of mind including but not limited to accuracy in reporting and audits
  • Represent the Order Management team in cross-collaboration project discussions

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM
  • 2+ years of experience with Python and SOQL
  • Strong MS Excel skill level
  • Ability to articulate complex scenarios in a clear fashion
  • Ability to hear, quickly understand and think through requests leading to the ability to work independently on projects
Desired Skills/Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience related to CPQ software and Order Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of Lucid Charts, Promapp or other process documentation software
