Social Media Internship

We are in search of a couple of individuals to join our team to be responsible for our Social Media and content creation. This team member will be responsible for creating relevant site content and working with the rest of the team to create graphics for our social media accounts.

The candidate(s) should have business experience working in social media.

Responsibilities:

• Create content for social media platforms

• Organize and maintain a catalog of usable social media/site content

• Work with a team on maintaining a content creation calendar using Airtable

• Assist with analyzing and interpreting social media data to deliver better results and improve reach

• Collaborate with marketing and PR team to create a consistent look across all communication

• Occasionally reach out to/organize social media influencers who will be working with our brand

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate student studying preferably marketing, communications, journalism,

public relations or a related field

• Social media platform proficiency

• Creative blogging or writing experience

• Ability to work individually and in a team setting

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of the pet industry a plus

• Ability to stay knowledgeable about trends

Internship is upaid, but hours can be flexible. College credit will also be applied.

Internship is remote, but applicants should be based in Indiana for occassional meetings and photo shoots (with dogs!).
