Sales Account Manager

Account Manager
An Account Manager’s primary job function is to drive revenue and to build relationships with hiring managers in person and on the phone and to manage client relationships. Account Managers report directly to Directors or Manager of Business Development.
Responsibilities include:
  • Daily
  • Cold calls and meetings with prospective and existing clients within technology
  • Efficient use of Bullhorn and other account management specific tools
  • Updates on activity at group meetings
  • Assist with recruiter development
  • Champion Core Values
  • Weekly
  • Attend Account Manager classroom training
  • Hit weekly sales targets for Reqs, Subs, 1st Interviews, and Meetings
  • Monthly
  • Goal/Evaluation meeting with Director
  • Hit monthly sales production numbers for spread and perms
Compensation/Perks:
  • Base Salary + Monthly Commission + Quarterly Bonus
  • $50 monthly cell phone allowance
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Expense reimbursement for client entertainment or Prestige AmEx (See Amex Expense Guidelines)
  • Eligible for annual award trip
