Workday HCM Consultant I

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous HR experience
- Previous HRIS or systems experience
- Client interfacing or consulting experience preferred
- Previous Software implementation experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal communication and phone skills
- Ability to collaborate with your team and clients and have a strong passion to grow
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
- Work directly with clients to implement and support Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions into their business environments
- Provide delivery support and assistance for Workday Human Capital Management applications to our clients in a timely manner
- Assist in delivery of high-quality solutions across multiple industries
- Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
- Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
- Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
- Travel 25%-45% at client request
