Workday HCM Consultant I

CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO CHICAGO
MANDATORY TRAINING DATES: 8/16/21-9/10/21

We quickly and pragmatically deploy Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we provide expertise and resources as needed to operate and augment the solution.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous HR experience
  • Previous HRIS or systems experience
  • Client interfacing or consulting experience preferred
  • Previous Software implementation experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal communication and phone skills
  • Ability to collaborate with your team and clients and have a strong passion to grow
 
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients to implement and support Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions into their business environments
  • Provide delivery support and assistance for Workday Human Capital Management applications to our clients in a timely manner
  • Assist in delivery of high-quality solutions across multiple industries
  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
  • Attend Workday HCM training and become Workday certified
  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
