- Case Managers for Geisinger At Home and Geisinger Health Plan
- Care Managers for Inpatient Care Services

These opportunities are located in Northeast and Central Pennsylvania.
Minimum requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse - RN in the State of Pennsylvania (We will accept applicants who are licensed in other states. Must be willing to obtain PA license prior to hire)
- Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
