International Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Sennco Solutions, Inc. is seeking an ambitious and energetic individual to meet and exceed aggressive revenue and profit goals. An International Business Development Manager must take ownership of the annual business plan to increase Sennco’s market share and focus on key retail and fixture house accounts. This position aims to drive sustainable financial growth by developing strong customer relationships, accomplishing sales goals, and representing Sennco professionally and courteously.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Acquire new customers, quarterly, to create brand awareness and increase revenue.
· Achieve and exceed sales goals and gross profit margins defined by the strategic business plan.
· Interact with customers and prospects 60% of the time (international travel, attend tradeshows, store and vendor walks, installs, video calls, etc.).
· Execute corporate initiatives and refine the business plan as required by market conditions.
· Become a product expert with the ability to demonstrate knowledge to others.
· Provide feedback on accounts, markets, competition, and product and training needs.
· Expand existing customer base and maintain international customer interaction.
· Forecast, report, and present activities and strategies to aid with updated business plans.
· Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for accuracy of all assigned accounts.
· Ensure a minimum of three test installations running simultaneously.
· Achieve and exceed establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· International travel is required (typically 30%-50% some months).
· Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Exceptional prospecting, business development, and large account management skills.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
· Competitive and energetic nature with the ability to negotiate.
· Highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
· A bilingual skillset is a plus.
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Travel is required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field required.
· Recent and year-over-year track record of quota performance is required.
· Experience bringing complex ROI-focused solutions to market strongly preferred.
· Experience calling on Mobile operations, Retailers, and/or Fixture Houses preferred.
· Experience managing international territory incorporating 60% travel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· International travel is required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
