Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals
• Deliver the best possible service and attention to all clients
• Assist the team in executing all daily operations to ensure premium service
• Develop positive relationships with clients
• Must be 18 years of age
• Comfortable on the phone
• Able to effectively communicate
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred

Description
Base pay is $14 an hour but a portion will actually come from commissions.
Customer Service Representative
3-6 months in this role. This role pays a Base.
  1. Systems - How our systems work to serve our customers quickly and easily
  2. Process - The sales process of our company
  3. Products - The safety products we sell
After the time is over then you have the option to be promoted to account manager
