Acelero Learning is looking for a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner, (HRBP), to join our Wisconsin team.

The HRBP serves a key function in the continued success of our 12 Head Start programs across Milwaukee, Cudahy & Racine. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management at the delegate, (Wisconsin) level. Additionally, the HRBP serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team as the subject matter expert on Human Resources related intiatives. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, employee champion and proactive problem solver.

• Lead HR department, providing HR administration and operational support across the delegate

 + Includes supervision of two direct reports

• Ensure delegate meets and adheres to all licensing and compliance regulations as required by the state and federal government and the Office of Head Start

• Develop, drive, and implement people strategies that align with and support business needs

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations

• Provide performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions)

• Lead like an ally everyday; actively participate in Equity, Inclusion and Belonging, (EIB) efforts

• 5 + years Human Resources Management experience with an emphasis on employee relations

• Prior business partner experience preferred, experience in Head Start or early childhood education a plus

• Demonstrated supervisory experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, required

• PHR/SHRM-SCP certified preferred

• Strong verbal and written English language communication skills, bilingual a plus

• Successfully pass all required pre-hire physicals and background checks
