Heavy Equipment Rental Counter Representative
Southeastern Equipment is looking for an individual to assist both internal staff and customers work through the rental process by:
- Researching available equipment in salesforce
- Creating contracts
- Entering/verifying customer details including payment method, address and delivery information
- Arranging transportation/delivery/pick up of equipment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Some Knowledge of heavy equipment (Aerial, Dirt Movers, Paving, etc.)
- Intermediate computer skills (Ability to use and toggle between multiple programs, create detailed invoices)
- Energetic and enthusiastic communicator
- Demonstrated ability to multi task (phones, email, counter)
- Excellent time management skills and follow through
