Milwaukee’s only women-founded, women-run, professional theater company, dedicated to promoting the work of women on stage and off is looking for a Marketing Director to join the management team. This is a unique opportunity to practice your craft in service of RTW’s unique mission. You’ll be part of a tightly knit, highly collaborative team with the ability to directly impact the company’s success.
While the Marketing Director will oversee and be responsible for all aspects of marketing, the primary focus of the role is to build and execute a strategy to meet or exceed goals for single and subscription ticket sales by creating content and design of all digital and printed material, media relations, promotional events and analysis of patron activity. This position is intended to be a full-time role, however, RTW would be willing to consider a part-time, and/or flexible schedule for the right candidate after an initial full-time training period.
If you are a self-starting marketing professional with at least one year of experience, preferably in a non-profit organization, means you meet our basic requirements; a passion for theater and a commitment to gender equality means this is a job you’ll love.
