Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist - Partially Remote

We are looking to add two Bilingual HR Generalists to our team to support local markets in Northern California and Texas. These roles are remote, but will be expected to travel to locations as needed.

How you will spend your days as an HR Generalist:
  • First level of support for Associate Relations
  • Owner of retention and engagement for designated locations
  • Partners with location management on HR strategy, performance management, employee development, and workforce planning
  • Workers Compensation coordination between employee and insurance carriers
  • Benefits advocate
  • Manages LOA’s for locations
  • Maintains and oversees DQ files and ensures compliancy
  • Regional and enterprise projects as assigned

We want you to join the team if you can check these boxes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP certification is highly desired.
  • 3-4 years of Human Resources related experience.
  • Above average verbal/written communication skills.
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Effective training and negotiating abilities and ability to deal constructively with conflicts.
  • Must have a high degree of patience with the ability to recognize potential problems.
  • Ability to occasionally travel and perform according to the requirements of the position.
