Inktel is partnering with Restoration Hardware to offer a full-time on-site position w/ generous compensation and benefits!

We are interviewing NOW for our next training class beginning 8/16/21.
•      This will be on-site role
•      Schedule will vary: day shift - Mon-Sun.
•      Full-time permanent position with benefits
  • Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
•      1st Interview will be conducted via video call.
•      2nd interview will be at the Orlando site.

 Restoration Hardware Brand Ambassador – Client Resolution Specialist
Responsibilities:
•      Provide a luxury experience for the RH customer 
•      Work in close partnership with cross-functional partners to resolve customer concerns promptly
•      Build brand loyalty and revenue by being well versed in RH product knowledge, processes and systems 
•      Notify customers and report delays in delivery
•      Billing and payment support
•      Alert customers of recall notices
•      Represent the RH brand through polished communication and professionalism 
•      Exhibit a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to work each and every day
•      In the future, field customer service and order consultation phone calls
Qualifications:
•      Prior customer service experience
•      Strong written communication skills
•      Excellent oral communication skills: clear diction, tone and knowledge/use of proper grammar
•      Must possess poise and confidence to interact with high-end customers while maintaining confidentiality
•      Strong desire to be helpful and take ownership to resolve customer situations
•      Empathetic and active listening
•      Conscientious team player
•      Driven to deliver first-class service and exceed customer expectations
•      Professional demeanor
•      Dependable and consistent, history of good attendance
•      Naturally curious with an aptitude for learning and understanding quickly
•      Ability to multitask by reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking with customers
•      Proficiency with the following systems: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Avaya, Teleopti, CW OMS (an AS 400 green screen system) and Google Applications

Benefits:
After 60 days of employment, you will qualify for a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision and personal time off. After 6 months of employment, you will qualify to opt–in to the following benefits: short/long term disability, life insurance, and a 401K plan.
