Customer Success Consultant Contractor

Description: This is a remote position

We are looking for a Customer Success Consultant who will help drive projects from start to finish by coordinating information, providing support through data analysis, and contributing to overall project deliverables. The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for project documentation and monitoring project health.  Because of their detailed view of the project, they play an important role in both internal and external communication. The Consultant will report to the Manager on project status and next steps during live projects. The Consultant will also document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development. It is imperative to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.  The Consultant must take responsibility to follow up with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are satisfied. 
 
Responsibilities Include:
•             Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers
•             Collaborate closely with internal and external team members
•             Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers in relation to project status
•             Plan and implement projects
•             Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
•             Create schedule and project timelines
•             Lead quality assurance
•             Monitor and report on project progress
•             Present details to Manager outlining progress, as well as problems and solutions
 
Experience and Skills:
•             BA/BS required
•             Ability to manage multiple projects
•             Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
•             Experience working with, stakeholders and customers
•             Previous project management experience
•             Experience working with cross-functional teams
•             Experience in risk management
•             Critical thinking and problem solving
•             Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
•             High-level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
•             Able to work in a fast pace work environment
•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
