. Requirements:
Tasks include (but not limited to):
- Design and develop new and existing web applications in a highly agile work environment
- Design and develop full stack application code including both front end (JavaScript/Typescript) and back-end development (Java). Preferable experience in web frameworks like React or Angular.
Qualifications Desired (Skills):
- 2+ years of Angular development experience
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with Angular 6+ frameworks
- Map Technology: CESIUM (a plus), OpenLayers and/or ESRI ArcGIS experience
- Understanding of Node.JS application technology stack
- Experience with HTML 5, CSS, Webpack, Babel, NPM, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS pre-compilers (like Sass and LESS)
- 2+ years SQL (SAP HANA a plus), Microsoft, Postgres, MySQL, etc.
- Ability to integrate existing APIs (REST)
- Participate in all phases of the Front-End Development effort including architect, develop, test, and deliver.
- Adjust the back-end REST APIs and work with the back-end developer to help expand the scope of the REST APIs
- Provide technical support in the development and continual improvement of service.
- Travel in support of the application to both local and foreign locations
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
- Collaborate with government leads to elicit requirements, establish schedules, and diagnose technical issues with the deployed application.
Qualifications Required (Skills):
- 5+ years of Java
- 5+ years of application development experience
- Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role
- Ability to deliver enhancements or bug fixes daily
