Chemist I
Job Title: Chemist
Pay: $20.00/hour
Job Overview: Testing of finished products, raw materials, in-process samples and components, and stability study samples.
- Testing samples (oral rinses and antiseptics) using titrations, ph, specific gravity, and HPLC.
- Daily use of HPLC, GC, FT-IR, UV-Vis, Karl Fischer Titrations, pH Meters, Viscometer. Inspect supplies and ingredients used for the production of pharmaceutical products. Review SOPs and lab protocols for accuracy.
- Some instrument validation.
- Adhere to GMP and FDA guidelines. stability study samples.
Requirements:
- BS in Chemistry.
- Multiple hands on lab classes in school.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing projects in school preferred.
