R&D Chemist
The Research and Development Chemist is responsible for assisting with the development and evaluation of all products in D-A’s vast product portfolio. Key focuses are on the formulation of innovative products that offer advancement to the product portfolio and the optimization of these formulations for manufacturing.

- Develop new products to enhance our existing product line
- Evaluate new raw materials to improve quality
- Provide technical support to our sales force
- Assist Quality Control in specific projects
- Maintain safe, clean and orderly working environment by complying with safety and laboratory procedures, rules, and regulations
- Other applicable duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry required
- Three years’ experience in product formulation and application preferred
- Proven ability to partner with end users
- Ability to work as a team or an individual
- Willingness to adapt to changing needs of the Company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with all the chemicals used in the plant and the handling procedures outlined in the Safety Data Sheets
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
