We are looking for a CIVIL EIT in our Grand Rapids office to perform general civil engineering tasks supporting various project managers in our municipal group. The ideal candidate must also be a self-starter with a willingness to help where needed and flexibility to learn the multifaceted skills required to grow with our company.

Responsibilities:
- Design civil infrastructure projects under the direction of the Project Engineer
- Analysis of reports, maps, drawings, and aerial photographs to plan and design projects
- Assist with civil engineering projects including feasibility studies, asset management, stormwater management and preparation of technical reports and documentation
- Preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
- Assist with inspection of construction projects and field work, when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
- At least one year of civil engineering experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and ArcGIS
- MDOT construction certifications desirable
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work at construction sites
