Global Quality Engineer Co-Op
We are seeking a Co-op to be part of our Global Quality team to support digitalization and standardization of quality processes across multiple manufacturing locations. The Global Quality group supports all world-areas’ efforts to maintain the consistent and high-quality products that our customers expect. **This position is a temporary 8-month co-op assignment from January 2024-August 2024. Only students currently attending college or university will be considered. **
AS A GLOBAL QUALITY ENGINEER, YOU WILL Work with the global members of our team to …
- Assist development, testing and deployment of digital tools for global consistency and automation in quality processes
- Collaborate with world-area manufacturing and subject-matter experts to understand critical processes and create training modules for global rollout
- Support continuous improvement efforts around supplier qualification activities through the building of electronic checklists, audit plans, and automated workflows
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Major(s): Any Engineering major
- Ability to effectively work in a global team environment and communicate effectively
- Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
- Passion for continuous improvement
