Global Sales and Services:  Associate Consultant – Services

Become a member of our Customer Outcome team as an Associate Consultants for our Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo 4 months of training that will provide you with the tools needed to contribute to customer projects. After completing the Genesis Program, you will begin working other Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal & external interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. Responsible for the delivery of individual project consulting and basic technical expertise in Siemens core product portfolio, for SISW projects throughout the project lifecycle (including implementation/installation/ configuration/ testing/training delivery/deployment/production support/ infrastructure/ performance/ migration and/or integration) in order for the Siemens PLM Software solution to be delivered successfully and provide value to the customer. Under guidance and in line with project processes and messaging, interact with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption. Works on projects/assignments of basic to moderate scope. Actively participates in Country Communities of Practice, leveraging technical and industry best practices and templates to deliver project tasks, providing experiences to support continual improvement.

Services Candidates will require to be relocated in one of our key office locations for the first two years after graduating from the Genesis Training Program. Locations include:

  • Milford, OH
  • Chicago, IL
  • Detroit, MI
  • Rochester, NY

Program Requirements:

  • Recent college graduate with minimum 3.0 grade point average (GPA)
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or computer science
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Open to possible relocation within the U.S.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $89,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
