Partner Implementation Specialist

About this Role

As a Partner Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new broker partners and making sure their first experiences with BerniePortal are successful. We have partnered with employee benefits brokerage firms across the country to distribute BerniePortal to their employer clients. You will have calls and demos with these new partners, as well as with their clients and prospects. You'll also support them via email and may get to hang out with them in person if they come to our annual users conference, Weekdays with Bernie. It all adds up to building positive, mutually beneficial relationships.


Compensation and Benefits

Base: $35.00 / hr (annualized $72,800)

This role is non-exempt

Full health and ancillary benefits after completion of the probationary period

Employer-paid Life, Short-Term, and Long-Term Disability insurance

401(k) with employer contribution (eligible after one year)

 

What will you do in this role? 

Onboard and support new BerniePortal broker partners that result in high software utilization and positive ROI, for our partners and Bernard Health.

Educate partners about BerniePortal's Payroll / HR / Benefits platform, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and activities in the customer relationship management system (CRM).

Troubleshoot software behaviors and outline solutions

Capture key customer feedback and deliver it to internal teams
