Work Description/ Performance Plan

Minimum Qualifications:

· Job Summary: Serve as chaperone for Young Scholars' Program participants that stay in UGA Housing during week days in Athens.

· Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification required: High School Diploma required. Some college experience preferred. Some trainings preferred: CPA, First-Aid

· Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies required to successfully perform work: Work well with teenagers as well as adults. Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Level of Independent Activity: Activities and decisions are varied in nature, requiring the solving of both common and unusual problems. This position's supervisor or other appropriate position is consulted for clarification of policies only where needed.

· Physical Demands: Light lifting, driving
