TSMC Arizona is looking for a CST Tool install Engineer intern to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s Central Startup Team (CST) is responsible for fab module tool installation and start-up hookup planning as well as facility design.

 

Job Description:

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Accountable for executing CST projects including tool move in and hookup survey/accuracy schedule.
  • Assist Tool move in/Hookup/Certification with scheduling, planning, and conduct project meetings.
  • Trace projects and monitor the progress to drive tasks and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Create executive summaries for review meetings and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and:

  • Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, in a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location, from May 20th, 2024 – August 2nd, 2024.
  • Hookup technical skill and abilities are required.
  • Experience with Facility engineering or Fab start-up and trades management experience is a plus.
  • Strong discipline along with problem-solving skills are required to troubleshoot complex equipment problems and address the root cause.
  • Strong communication skills
