Management Training Program

We have two manufacturing facilities in Owensboro, KY, TRACCO and Total Packaging. We are looking for motivated and qualified recent graduates for opportunities to develop and grow their careers. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demand Planning and Material Ordering
    • Developing & utilizing forecasting and trends to order raw materials and ensure to keep inventory at needed levels
  • Production & Capacity Planning
    • Balancing inbound material schedule and outbound customer demand to optimally create a production plan
    • Ensuring have enough staff and equipment to keep up with demand
  • Replenishment & Customer Management
    • Analyzing customer in stocks to align outbound truck scheduling and recommending changes to orders to maintain network health
    • Face time with customers 
  • New Projects
    • Manage projects and internal personnel to ensure on-time project completion and product launches (current customers and potential new customers)
    • Projects include cost savings initiatives, vendor improvements, product launches, new supplier development and on-boarding, 
  • Vendor Management
    • Work with suppliers to ensure meeting AQL, OTIF delivery, deciding who to allocate business to, and meeting production needs
  • Analytics & Dashboard/ Report creation
    • Utilize Excel and other analytics tools to develop reports to better run business and help identify trends
  • Finance
    • Ensure profitability, correct pricing, forecasting.

 

Qualifications

  • Recent graduates in various disciplines (Data Analysis, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance/Accounting)
  • Ability to establish positive and cooperative working relationships with a variety of team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High energy, motivated and self-driven.
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.
