- Assist in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions, including financial statement analysis, valuation, and integration planning.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to communicate financial insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Monitor and track financial performance against strategic goals and provide regular updates and recommendations for adjustments.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed insights and recommendations.
- Identify partnership and affiliate opportunities, drive conversations and close partnership deals; manage partners’ expectations.
- Maintain the company operations in good order, including oversight of certain team members.
