25 hours per week, hours are flexible and can be a combination of daytime, nighttime, and weekends.

Twenty-year-old publishing/advertising company expanding, seeks someone part-time interested in graphics, art, design, website enhancement, and advertising. This part-time position can be independently worked from home. Knowledgeable in illustrator is imperative and photoshop.

We sell ads to be placed inside a program we create and donate to Bingo Charities. We are a for-profit company that supports worthy charities in California.

This position best fits a junior manager, college student, looking to gain experience working for a seasoned business manager.

This starts out as a contract job upfront that can move into a senior role as the company increases revenue during 2023.

The Sponsors (advertisers) we sell to often will have the artwork and you will be asked to recommend upgrades to them as needed. For the Sponsors without artwork, it will be the Art Manager’s job to create an ad that will assist the Sponsor with his company branding.

Phone calls during California business hours are required to follow up on a timely basis Sponsors to complete ads on a timely basis. We produce approximately 24 programs per year, about 2 programs per month. A good phone personality and friendliness is an important quality we seek in this role.

In addition, direct report to the CEO as an executive assistant to provide company and sales team support with marketing, event planning, reports, analysis, and other duties as assigned. One that has a marketing background can enhance the role.  This role should not be minimized, it is a focus currently as we work through a company re-start.

Maintenance and upgrades to our website will be under this department. Creativity is a must and good follow-up and communication with the CEO daily is essential. 

The company supports Southern California, Senior Centers, Community Centers, High Schools, Churches, and Lodges that offer bingo weekly to raise money to support needed charities. Some long-term events contracted are Mater Dei High School, Chino Hills High School, Fountain Valley High School, and Charter Oak High School in West Covina. All bingo events are non-profit events, and the demographic is the senior community. We provide entertainment through our program and website. We also donate money to charities every six months, donate gifts and run contests for the players.

This position, titled Executive Assistant/Art Department Manager starts out as a contract position, paying a flat rate of $1,000 every two weeks, on the 3rd and 18th of each month.  Bonus plans are available, to increase earnings based on the company’s sales growth.  It is expected to take ninety days or greater until grow will accommodate monthly bonuses, however, it is expected to increase earnings upward of $35,000 per year once the revenue hurdles are reached and maintained. 

As the company expands this role can increase in hours and move into a Fulltime role as Director of Marketing, W2 employee with a salary and bonuses. 

If the individual is content with part time, contract, once we expand hours, we will seek a Director of Marketing to oversee this role.  We are hopeful this will be needed by yearend.  

Some ability to sell is needed, when reaching out to our Sponsors to create ads this role will include upselling to larger ad space and addition online products.  Commissions are paid to this manager for upsells produced.  Another opportunity to increase earnings over $1,000 every two weeks.

This role and quality of work can enhance the product and increase sales. As sales increases, your bonus potential will increase.

The ideal person will be able to invest 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during California business hours.  There will be a periodic need on weekends, to flex an hour here and there, and the person has to be able to view weekend emails for important tasks.  Weekends are not overused; however, we do have some new salespeople that need to be onboard over a weekend, from time to time.

For someone that has an added interest in sales and increasing income, the ability to work additional hours daily selling commission only can significantly increase income.  We pay 24% for all “new” revenue (ads sold) brought into the business.  We believe there are opportunities to work major accounts in off hours, if desired.

The business can be fast paces and programs are published on deadlines, one must be reliable and able to work under a timeline routine.
