Job Title: AgileCoach/ ProjectManager
Hire Type: Full time,
Location: TX 

Responsibilities:

1. Coach and mentor teams in adopting Agile methodologies, principles, and practices to improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery predictability.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Provide guidance on Agiletools and techniques, and help teams tailor Agile processes to suit their specific needs.
4. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
6. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively taking steps to address them.
7. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the organization.
8. Lead by example, demonstrating Agile values and principles in your interactions with team members and stakeholders.
9. Provide training and workshops on Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices as needed.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile project management and coaching.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.).
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on servant leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
