Stream is our Global Graduate Program, a two-year development journey designed to expand your fulfilment, talent and values, providing a well-defined course for rapid career growth and transformation. In other words, a chance to transform your future!

 

It’s an opportunity to make rapid progress in a company committed to making a positive impact on climate change and improving quality of life for people on a global scale.

 

What is the program about?

 

Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the program consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.

 

Throughout the program, we will work together to find the best possible next career step within Grundfos. To get there, you will be both supported and challenged so you can grow the skillset and mindset to achieve your career and development goals. You will take increasing ownership of your own growth and development, supported by your cohort, people leaders and a broader network of caring and smart colleagues. We will also ensure that you are part of a local and global community, coming together as a group at least three times over the course of the program.

What are the requirements for applying?

 

To apply for Stream, we expect you to have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0-1 years of experience after graduation;
  • The ability to create a strong impact with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong analytical competency with digital and customer-centric mindset and flair for technology and digitalisation;
  • Effective communication skills and excellent English.

 

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.
