QUALIFICATIONS
1.       Bachelor’s degree with Reading Endorsement or Reading Specialist
2.       Proper license
3.       Available for employment on August 14, 2023
 
SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS

1.       Base salary for the 2024-2025 school year is $38,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)
2.       Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave cumulative to 360 days.
3.       Two (2) days personal leave per year.
