QUALIFICATIONS
1.         Bachelors degree;
2.         Proper license - LBS1 for Special Ed.
3.         Available for employment on August 12, 2024.
 
SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS
1.         Base salary for teachers for the 2024-25 school year is $38,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.)  
2.         Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.
3.         Two (2) days personal leave per year.
